HAND & FEET COMBINATIONS
| Set #1: 1. Step with the right leg at a 45 degree angle and deliver a left Sudo block to the opponents right hand. Pivot and punch to solar plexus. Pivot again and punch just below the nose. Step back with left foot into a right back stance and deliver a right round kick to the temple. 2. Step with the left leg at a 45 degree angle and deliver a left outside/inside block. Pivot and deliver a right punch to the ribs. Pivot again and deliver a left punch just below the nose. Step back with right leg into a left back stance and deliver a left round kick to opponents temple. Set #2 1. The same as set 1, number 1, except deliver side kick instead of round kick. 2. The same as set 1, number 2, except deliver side kick instead of round kick. Set #3 1. Start from fighting stance, left leg forward. Deliver a right front kick to opponents solar plexus, then step to the right into a front stance, delivering a left sudo block to the wrist. Pivot and deliver a right punch to the solar plexus. Pivot again and deliver a left punch to the nose. Deliver a palm heel to opponents right wrist, knocking the hand down. Follow with a left inside/outside crescent kick across opponents temple and down the chest. Step back into fighting stance. 2. the same as set 3, number 1, except on the opposite side. (Opponent attacks with right hand still.) Set #4 1. Start from fighting stance, left leg forward. Deliver a right outside/inside crescent kick to opponents wrist. Without setting leg down deliver a right side kick to the chest. Set foot down in front into a front stance. Deliver a left punch to the nose. Grab the back of opponents neck with the left hand, deliver a left knee to the chest, and follow with a right elbow strike to the spine. 2. The same as set 4, number 1, except on the opposite side. Set #5 1. Start from fighting stance, left leg forward. Deliver a right front kick to the solar plexus. Without setting the leg down pivot to your back and deliver a right back kick to the solar plexus. Set down into a front stance and deliver a right sudo block to opponents right hand and deliver a left punch to the ribs. Pivot and deliver a right palm strike to the face. 2. The same as set 5, number 1, except on the opposite side. Set #6 1. Start from fighting stance, right leg forward. Deliver a left front kick to the solar plexus. Set the foot down behind in a short back stance, then deliver a right round kick to the nose. Set down in front, delivering a right sudo to the wrist as you spin to your back and deliver a jumping back crescent kick to the head. Follow with a lunging reverse punch to the solar plexus. 2. The same as set 6, number 1, except on the opposite side. Set #7 1. Start from ready stance. Step back with right leg into back stance, delivering a left sudo block to the wrist. Grab the wrist and deliver a right round-side kick to the solar plexus. Without setting the leg down knock opponents hand down, then deliver a right inside/outside crescent kick to the face. Set the leg in front and step to the left at a 45 degree angle into horse riding stance. Deliver a left sudo strike to the chest and a left leg sweep with the inside of your foot. Trap opponents arm as he falls and deliver a punch to the opponent. 2. The same as set 7, number 1, except on the opposite side. Set #8 1. Start from ready stance. Step to the left at a 45 degree angle and deliver a right round kick to the groin, and then an immediate side kick to the knee. Set the foot down in front of opponents foot, deliver a left wrist strike to the ribs. Pull the arm around, pivot and deliver a right punch to the stomach. Pull hands back to deliver a sweep with both hands behind opponents leg. 2. The same as set 8, number 1, except on the opposite side. Set #9 1. Start from ready stance. Step to the left into a front stance, ducking under opponents punch, delivering a palm strike to the groin and chest at the same time. Ki hap for opponent to deliver a left hook punch. Block punch with a right ridge hand block. Pivot, deliver a left palm strike to the solar plexus. Step through with left foot, moving opponents arm out of the way with left sudo strike, and finish with jumping spinning crescent kick. 2. The same as set 9, number 1, except on the opposite side. |
